Refund Policy

At Mago Mountain Works we strive for complete customer satisfaction and we know the importance of a good return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item for a replacement, exchange or refund.

Our Andean textiles are varied in both color and design. We will make every attempt to get you the bag you want, however, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with colors or designs due to the large variability and uniqueness of each and every bag.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return/Exchange Instructions
1. Include a note with your full name, return address and a daytime phone number. List what you are sending back, the reason for the return and indicate if you would like the item replaced, repaired or refunded.
2. Expect a 2-3 week delay in exchanges/returns if the item is in stock, if it is not you can pick another product or ask for a refund.
3. Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned. If we can’t repair or replace an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To ensure the package reaches us in Montana use a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail (delivery confirmation). Mago Mountain Works will not be responsible for packages lost in transit to our location and will only assume responsibility once it is signed for upon being received. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
